Culture Vibes LLC, is a Black-owned lifestyle apparel brand made to amplify the voices of Black women and their allies. As Malcom X once said “The most disrespected person in America is the black woman. The most unprotected person in America is the black woman. The most neglected person in America is the black woman.” Being born a Black woman you automatically have two strikes against you. You’re Black and you’re a woman. So my goal is to help Black women realize that they matter.
My inspiration is the fellow Black woman because I am her. It’s something that I can relate to more than anything in life. I am a daughter, sister, mother, wife, and aunt. I aim to speak the language of Black women everywhere and give them a voice without them having to physically utter a word at all. To allow them to express their vibe through statement apparel because the vibe that a Black woman embodies is truly unique and one of a kind.
