Shipping/Processing

SHIPPING/PROCESSING

Please note when placing an order that order processing (fulfilment) and shipping transit times are NOT one in the same.
When choosing priority or any other expedited shipping choices, that affects the time in which your order remains in transit once processed and shipped. It does not expedite the processing time. 
  • Order processing (fulfilment) is 5-7 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) on all apparel, accessories (buttons, pins, tote bags) and drinkware. 
  • Home Decor (metal wall art) is shipped separately with a order processing time of up to 2 weeks
  • For PRE-ORDERS please see the product description as to when the pre-order will close and order processing will begin. 

Once your order is processed (fulfilled) you will receive a shipping notification via email with all tracking information included. Please check your spam folder as this automated email is marked as spam or junk in some cases. 

We DO NOT pre-print shipping labels. When you receive your shipping email, your order is in transit that day to the selected delivery agency or awaiting pickup by the selected delivery agency. 

For your protection of your order, we are partnered with Route+ to offer you the best in shipping Protection. By selecting Route+ at checkout, you will be protecting your order against damage, loss* and theft. In the event that your order arrives damaged or does not show up then you can file a claim with Route+ and receive a replacement or full reimbursement. 

*Orders that are marked as "delivered" but not received and have no proof of porch piracy must be made after 5 days of said "delivery date" but no longer than 15 days to ensure that there was not a mis-delivery. Claims for packages that are presumed as "lost" and show the status of not "delivered" must be filed after 7 days but also within 30 days of the last checkpoint shown in the tracking information. 

Be aware that if you deselect and opt out of the Route+ shipping protection, Culture Vibes LLC is not liable for any damage, lost or thief pertaining to your order.

Shipping transit time is depended upon the mail carrier and shipping method you select at checkout. Ex. USPS (First Class, Priority, Priority Express), UPS (Standard, Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Next Day Air).
